Walk with Ease
Evidenced-based class proven to help improve balance and decrease pain.
Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this is a 6-week class that will meet 3 times per week. Learn how walking can ease your pain and increase your health. Participants will learn about the benefits of walking and how to start or maintain a walking routine.
Class is M/W/F for 6 weeks. April 29th-June 10th
The last day to register for this class is May 1st
